• Account Data: Name, matriculation number, institutional email address, and encrypted passwords.
• Academic Data: Semester grades inputted into the CGPA Oracle and documents uploaded to the Vault.
• Communications: Messages transmitted through our peer-to-peer network.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to facilitate the core functions of the ecosystem. CGPA data is processed locally for your personal forecasting. Uploaded documents are indexed to train our localized AI Mock Examiner. We do not sell your personal or academic data to third-party brokers.

3. Third-Party Integrations

To provide advanced features, we utilize enterprise APIs. Financial transactions are processed securely by Paystack; we do not store your credit card information. Our AI examinations are generated via Google Gemini API, which reads Vault documents but does not retain your personal account data.

4. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures, including parameterized database queries to prevent SQL injection and AES client-side encryption for direct messaging. However, no digital transmission is entirely secure, and you utilize the platform at your own risk.

5. Your Rights

You may request the deletion of your account, associated CGPA records, and personal data at any time by contacting the Directorate.
