By registering for and utilizing The Academic Bank ecosystem, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must terminate your account immediately.

1. Academic Integrity

The Academic Bank is a supplementary study infrastructure designed to forecast examinations and calculate academic standing. It is not a substitute for official university records. Uploading copyrighted examinations belonging to active faculty without permission, or utilizing the platform to facilitate academic malpractice, is strictly prohibited.

2. Virtual Economy & Payments

The platform utilizes a digital token known as "Academic Coins." These coins hold no real-world monetary value outside of The Academic Bank ecosystem and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

• All Paystack purchases for Coin Bundles and Pro Semester Passes are final.
• Refunds are not provided for unused tokens or partially utilized subscription periods.

3. Content Moderation

The Project Directorate reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or permanently delete any document uploaded to the Vault. Documents containing malicious code, irrelevant content, or explicit material will result in immediate account suspension.

4. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that the user has violated these terms, disrupted the server infrastructure, or engaged in abusive behavior within the encrypted network.

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform and its AI Mock Examiner are provided "as is." While the Gemini AI engine is highly advanced, The Academic Bank does not guarantee the exact replication of final university examination questions, nor are we liable for variations in your final academic outcomes.
